What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
We'll send you an email alert at 80% usage. If you hit your limit, requests return a 429 status until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade instantly to keep running.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades apply at your next renewal date.
Do you offer refunds?
All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
How does annual billing work?
Pay upfront for 12 months and save 20%. Your plan renews automatically each year, and you can cancel anytime with a prorated refund for unused months.
Can I pay by invoice?
Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with net-30 terms. Contact sales@apiplatform.com to set up invoicing for your account.
What counts as an API call?
Each HTTP request to your API endpoints counts as one call. Webhooks, health checks, and failed authentication attempts do not count toward your limit.
